The red-colored fruit grows in large clusters, weighing up to 50 pounds, with each fruit containing an impressive 30-35% oil content—a significantly higher yield compared to other fruits and seeds.

Refined Organic Palm Oil, Stearine and Olein

Organic palm stearine is the solid fraction of palm oil that is obtained during the fractionation process, which separates palm oil into liquid (olein) and solid (stearine) components. Palm stearine has a higher melting point, making it useful in various applications, particularly where a more solid fat is needed. Applications are margarine, shortening, confectionary fats, soap manufacturing, detergents and cosmetics.

Organic palm olein is valued for its lower melting point, making it fluid at room temperature and suitable for a variety of applications. Common uses of palm olein are cooking, frying applications for snacks, donuts, noodles. It can also be found in cosmetics like lotions and creams.
