Description

Our Certified Organic Canola oil is cold pressed out of the seeds of organically grown rapeseed plant (Brassica). In contrary to most Canola Oils used in the US Food Industry, our oil is derived from plants that are not genetically modified. Canola oil is rich in Omega 3 and is known as the cholesterol killer. With a medium heat tolerance and not solidifying with low temperatures it is one of the most popular plant-based oils used in the food industry.

Applications

  • Our cold pressed Certified Organic Canola oil has a fine, nutty taste and is especially suited for salad dressings and dips
  • Refined Canola Oil It is one of the best oils for baking and stir frying. For deep frying, High Oleic Sunflower oil is better suited
  • The refined version can also be found in a lot of food applications such as sauces, check your mayonnaise or egg free mayonnaise: all contains canola oil
